Job Title: Payroll Executive (Immediate or 15 days joiners preferred)Experience: 1-4 YearsSalary: ₹4-5 LPA Qualification: Bachelors / Master’s in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, HR or MBA (Finance)Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to support end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursement in compliance with statutory and labour regulations. The role involves close coordination with HR and Finance teams while maintaining confidentiality and precision in payroll operations.Key Responsibilities:• Assist with end-to-end payroll processing, including salaries and employee-related payments.• Calculate and verify employee salaries, benefits, allowances, and statutory deductions.• Ensure accurate data entry of payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, and timesheets.• Handle employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and payslips.• Generate payroll reports including salary statements, tax reports, and labour cost analysis.• Conduct regular payroll audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and issue resolution.• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.• Stay updated on payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory changes.• Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee data.Required Skills & Competencies: • Hands-on experience in payroll processing and salary administration.• Strong understanding of statutory deductions and labour laws (PF, ESI, TDS, PT, etc.).• Proficiency in payroll systems/tools and SAP (preferred).• Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel (formulas, reports, data validation).• High attention to detail and accuracy.• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.• Good written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Candidate Profile:• Prior experience in payroll operations within corporate environments• Strong coordination skills to work with HR, Finance, and internal stakeholders• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism• Candidates with exposure to audits and compliance will be an added advantage
