Job Title: Assistant Manager – Human Resources Location: Hyderabad (Local candidates preferred) Department: Human Resources Industry Experience: Hotels / Banqueting / HospitalityRole Overview We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – HR to manage HR operations for our Hyderabad unit. The ideal candidate must be from the local Hyderabad region and have hands-on experience in hospitality, hotels, banquets, or catering environments. The role involves end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee life-cycle management, statutory compliance, and supporting unit-level leadership.Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end HR operations for the Hyderabad unit • Handle recruitment, screening, interviews & onboarding for operational and support roles • Oversee joining formalities, documentation, induction, and employee file management • Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs • Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, labour laws) • Assist with employee relations, grievance handling & counselling • Lead engagement activities, R&R planning, and communication initiatives • Support manpower planning for events and banqueting requirements • Coordinate with central HR for audits, MIS, reporting & policy execution • Ensure discipline, workplace hygiene, and policy adherence at the unitSkills & Requirements • Prior HR experience in hotels, banqueting, catering, or hospitality • Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance & documentation • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in fast-paced, high‑volume operational environments • Strong local market understanding and hiring network • Proficiency with HRMS and attendance systems • Problem-solving ability and a people-first approachPreferred Profile • Hyderabad-based candidate (mandatory preference) • Degree in HR, Hospitality, or related field • Experience handling HR for F&B, banqueting, or hotel units
