We need an experienced HR Operations & Candidate Experience Lead who is a master of logistics and a champion of office culture. This is a role for a disciplined professional who thrives in a high-speed, in-person startup environment.What you'll actually do Master Coordination: Own the end-to-end scheduling for all interview loops. You will navigate complex leadership and engineering calendars to ensure a seamless experience for every candidate.The /"Day 1/" Experience: You are the first face our new hires see. You will manage the entire Date of Joining (DOJ) process - greeting joiners, managing their physical documentation, and ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared from hour one.Candidate Engagement: Act as the primary concierge for candidates. You’ll keep them warm, informed, and excited about Yal from the moment they interview until they walk through the door on Day 1.Culture & Events: Be the engine behind our in-office energy. You will plan and execute team-building events, town halls, celebrations, and engagement activities that make our Hyderabad office a great place to work.Office Operations: Ensure the office is always /"candidate-ready./" You’ll oversee basic office logistics and vendor coordination to ensure the team has everything they need to stay productive.RequirementsExperience: 3+ years of experience in Recruitment Coordination, HR Ops, or a similar /"people-first/" administrative role.Software: Proficient with Google Workspace (Calendar/Sheets) and familiar with HRIS/ATS tools (like Zoho) for basic data entry.The /"Office/" Mindset: A firm commitment to being in the office 5 days a week. You understand that your impact is highest when you are physically present for the team and candidates.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication. You can manage a candidate’s anxiety and a hiring manager’s busy schedule with equal ease.Availability: Immediate Joiner. You should be ready to hit the ground running within 0–7 days.
