This role will be responsible for designing and executing hiring strategies, managing high-volume and niche tech hiring, and building a strong employer brand to attract top talent globally. Develop and implement a comprehensive hiring strategy aligned with business goals and growth plansForecast hiring needs based on project pipelines and client demandsDrive workforce planning in collaboration with business leadersLead, mentor, and scale a team of recruiters, sourcing specialists, and coordinatorsSet performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure team productivity and accountabilityFoster a high-performance, data-driven recruitment culturePartner with senior leadership, delivery heads, and account managers to understand hiring needsTrack and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.)Provide data-driven insights and regular reports to leadershipContinuously optimize recruitment processes and toolsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)12–18+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5+ years in a leadership roleStrong experience in IT Services / Consulting hiring (mandatory)Proven track record of managing large-scale and niche tech hiring
