Job Title Recruitment Quality Control (QC) Analyst / Recruitment QC Specialist5+ yrsJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment QC professional to ensure accuracy, compliance, and authenticity of candidate documentation prior to offer release. This role is critical in maintaining hiring integrity through document verification, recruitment process audits, data validation, and impersonation risk assessment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform end-to-end verification of candidate documents including:Government ID proofsEducational certificatesEmployment and experience documentsOffer-related paperworkConduct pre-offer quality checks on candidate profiles to ensure completeness and compliance with internal policies and SOPs.Validate recruitment process adherence across sourcing, interviews, approvals, and offer stages.Identify and flag impersonation risks by reviewing:Candidate photographsInterview recordingsPanel feedbackProfile inconsistenciesCross-verify candidate data across ATS, trackers, emails, and internal systems for consistency.Maintain accurate QC documentation, audit logs, and verification trails.Collaborate with Recruiters, Interview Panels, HR Operations, and Compliance teams to resolve discrepancies.Ensure timely closure of QC cases to prevent offer release delays.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.Hands-on experience in Recruitment QC, Document Verification, HR Operations, or Compliance.Advanced MS Excel (mandatory):VLOOKUP / XLOOKUPPivot TablesData ValidationReconciliation & reportingHigh attention to detail with strong analytical and investigative skills.Ability to detect data inconsistencies, fraud indicators, and impersonation risks.Clear and professional stakeholder communication skills.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in Recruitment QC, Background Verification (BGV), or Audit functions.Exposure to ATS platforms such as Avature, Taleo, or similar tools.Knowledge of audit frameworks, hiring compliance, and governance standards.
