The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between strategic HR initiatives and operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing recruitment, ensuring payroll accuracy, maintaining strict compliance with US regulations, and fostering a positive employee experience. This role requires a hands-on leader who can collaborate cross-functionally to support business goals and employee engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & OnboardingManage the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.Act as the primary liaison between hiring managers and candidates to schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently.Oversee a compliant and seamless onboarding experience, including the preparation of offer letters, visa processing, and new hire documentation.Employee Relations & EngagementServe as the primary point of contact for employee queries, providing timely HR support and guidance to foster a supportive work environment.Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention, including appreciation emails, milestone recognitions, and conducting monthly check-ins.Support performance management processes by assisting managers with documentation and the implementation of HR policies.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 4–8 years of progressive HR experience, specifically within the US market.Recruitment: Proven experience managing recruitment pipelines and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.Payroll Knowledge: Familiarity with payroll coordination, timesheet verification, and handling confidential compensation data.Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to both employees and management.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
