Location: HyderabadWork Mode: OnsiteWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ISTExperience: 3–7 YearsIndustry: Staffing & RecruitmentAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated IT Recruiter with experience in domestic IT hiring to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions and working closely with clients, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure successful placements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.Source candidates through Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and role fit.Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and align candidate profiles.Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.Build and maintain talent pipelines for various IT technologies.Maintain recruitment data in ATS or recruitment trackers and provide regular status updates.Required Skills & Experience3–7 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.Strong experience hiring for technologies like Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Data Engineering, etc.Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools.Experience working with System Integrators, Implementation Partners, or Product-based companies.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.Additional RequirementsMinimum 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience preferred.Must be able to commute to Begumpet, Hyderabad.Immediate joiners preferred.Willing to undergo background verification.
