Associate Training Manager

Work Experience: Total 8 years’ previous experience in Training function and Minimum 1 year as an AM Training or related position.Language & Communication:Should have good communication skills in EnglishShould have managed a group of TrainersResponsibilities:To motivate, develop and mentor team members in a dynamically changing environmentManaged group of communication coachesAbility to plan training & refresher communicationAbility to quickly channelize the existing resources, if need be, into any of the internal segments, basis the surge in the volumeMust be able to coach & mentor the team on a regular basisMust be ready to pick up & drive towards the smooth closure of escalated engagementsMust be able to draft & execute Achievement driven Incentive/Additional Incentive plans for the teamAbility to drive the Training & Quality teams, by providing inputs - to eventually improve the floor's performanceAbility to prepare & present SLA/KPI & other Metric driven Dashboards/Reports for Internal & External reviewsShould be able to lead Governance/Escalations calls with the ClientShould possess experience into international Voice process, preferable Telco experienceExcellent Communication skillsQualifications:Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platformsGood interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of managementAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage the teamLeadership, team building, and management skillsReview Content for various trainingsGood command over spoken and written EnglishCandidate should be ready to work in a 24*7 environmentPersuasive Speaking Skills- Able to understand customers’ needs and to add value to clientsHighly energetic and self-motivated- Able to keep himself with a positive attitude despite customer’s objectionsRequired Skills:Good communication skills in EnglishExperience in managing a group of TrainersPreferred Skills:Experience in international Voice process, preferable Telco experienceAbility to motivate and mentor team members
