With multiple full-length films, music videos, and commercial projects in the pipeline, we’re building the world’s first end-to-end AI-powered film studio.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will oversee and manage the recruitment process, including identifying and attracting top talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The role involves collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and maintaining service quality. The Hiring Manager will also contribute to training efforts to enhance team capabilities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.QualificationsProven experience in Hiring and Recruiting processesStrong Communication skills for effective collaboration and candidate engagementExperience in Service Quality management and maintaining high standards in recruitment workflowsAbility to provide effective Training to enhance the performance of recruitment teamsStrong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skillsProficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment toolsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
