Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Operations Manager to scale, lead, and enhance core HR processes and systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in ADP Payroll, Zoho People HRIS, HR analytics and metrics, and compensation administration, along with a demonstrated passion for HR and People Operations. This role is critical in building efficient, compliant, and data-driven HR operations to support Qualizeal’s rapid growth from 1,000 to 2,500 employees.Key Responsibilities:Employee Life Cycle Management:- Own and optimize the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, performance management, engagement, and exit processes. - Drive automation and process excellence across all lifecycle stages using Zoho People and other HR tech platforms. - Ensure a seamless employee experience aligned with organizational culture and compliance standards.Payroll & Compliance (ADP):- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing via ADP, ensuring accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely salary disbursement. - Ensure payroll-related compliance including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, TDS, etc. - Liaise with Finance and external consultants for payroll audits and tax filings.HR Systems (Zoho People):- Manage and continuously improve Zoho People for all employee lifecycle processes. - Customize workflows, reports, and automation to improve user experience and HR process efficiency. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within the HRIS.HR Metrics & Analytics:- Design and manage dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as headcount, attrition, hiring, performance, and engagement. - Deliver regular HR reports to leadership with actionable insights and recommendations. - Use data to support strategic decisions around workforce planning and employee development.Compensation & Benefits:- Design and maintain compensation structures and salary bands aligned with industry benchmarks. - Lead the annual salary review and variable pay planning cycles. - Evaluate and administer employee benefit programs; assess market competitiveness and cost-effectiveness. - Support job evaluation, internal parity, and external competitiveness reviews.Policy, Process & Compliance:- Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. - Drive standardization and documentation of HR policies and SOPs. - Support internal and external audits with complete and accurate documentation.People & Stakeholder Management:- Lead and mentor the HR operations team. - Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and department heads to support business needs. - Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for HR operational issues.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in HR Operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. - Proven expertise in ADP Payroll management. - Strong hands-on experience with Zoho People or similar HRIS platforms. - Advanced knowledge of HR data, metrics, and reporting. - Solid experience in compensation strategy and administration. - Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and HR reporting tools. - Demonstrated passion for HR and People Operations. - Proven track record of scaling organizations from 1,000 to 2,500 employees.Preferred Qualifications:- Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent. - HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent. - Experience in a high-growth tech or consulting environment is a plus.Why Join QualiZeal?- Fast-paced, innovation-driven work culture. - Leadership opportunities and career growth in a scaling organization. - A people-centric environment that values performance and collaboration. - Be part of the future of HR in a fast-growing, tech-led company. - A culture that celebrates mastery, purpose, autonomy, and innovation. - Unlock career growth, competitive rewards, and meaningful purpose. - Passion for people operations driving system excellence in the future of work.About QualiZeal:QualiZeal is North America's fastest-growing independent digital quality engineering services company.
