Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting top-tier talent, working on employee onboarding and engagement activities, assisting with performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practices. This full-time, on-site position is based in Hyderabad.QualificationsTalent acquisition and recruitment expertise, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidatesAbility to develop and maintain employee engagement and performance management processesStrong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail for HR operations and complianceInterpersonal and communication skills to foster positive workplace relationshipsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficientlyProficiency in using HR software and tools, with strong computer skillsExperience in a similar People & Talent or HR role is a plusCompensation: 3-4 LPA
