- 15+ years of rich HR experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role, including team management. - Proven experience in a global, technology-driven environment with exposure to HR modernization initiatives. - Strong experience in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, compensation, compliance, and talent planning. - Deeply empathetic and assertive communicator—you listen to understand and speak to inspire. - Demonstrated experience in mentoring HR professionals, nurturing their growth and shaping strategic mindsets. - Skilled in AI adoption for HR—familiar with current tools used for recruitment, performance tracking, and sentiment analysis. - A dynamic change agent who leads with influence, credibility, and proactive ownership. - Outstanding data fluency—can interpret trends, spot risks, and deliver compelling busine narratives using workforce analytics. - Strong working knowledge of HR laws, local labour regulations, and best-in-class practices. - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HRIS systems
