About the Company Infosys is looking out for a competent HR professional to helm one of our vibrant Development Centers. The key purpose of the DC HR Manager would be to play a strategic and consultative role to the DC Management in executing the larger vision, culture and the business objectives of the organization. In this role, the incumbent will liaise with business leaders and implement HR solutions aligned to the DC. About the Role The key purpose of the DC HR Manager would be to play a strategic and consultative role to the DC Management in executing the larger vision, culture and the business objectives of the organization. Responsibilities Seamless Employee Onboarding and Assimilation Creating and Nurturing Positive Work Environment and act as custodians of org. culture Build and create the DC brand in the society and ensure Business Continuity at all times Inculcate a high performance work environment and Promote Diversity and Inclusivity Protect the interests of the org. and initiate disciplinary action where needed Implement DC wide Rewards and Recognition programs and Recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and employee experience Managing Employee Grievances – Anti – Sexual Harassment, workplace concerns Managing the Health & Wellness program Create robust communication forums to facilitate interactions between the management and employees Qualifications MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW/equivalent will be preferred Experience - 11-17 years Required Skills Level headed HR professional with a positive attitude Ability to lead and nurture a team of high performers Exhibit highest standards of integrity and personal probity Communicate with ease across different stakeholders and ability to act as an Influencer Analytical Thinking and ability to prioritize and adapt to rapid change Awareness about industry trends and how to stay ahead of the curve Location - Hyderabad
