Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant General Manager / General Manager role with expertise in Physician Billing and US Healthcare, would be responsible for managing the billing and collection of payments for medical services provided by the hospital. They will work closely with the billing team and other departments to ensure timely and accurate billing, posting of payments, and follow-up on outstanding balances.Responsibilities:Oversee the hospital’s accounts receivable operations, including billing, collections, and follow-up on outstanding balancesManage a team of billing specialists and other staff responsible for accounts receivable functionsEnsure timely and accurate posting of payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accountsDevelop and implement processes to improve billing and collections efficiency and effectivenessAnalyze accounts receivable reports and key performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential issuesWork collaboratively with other departments to ensure accurate billing and timely resolution of payment-related issuesMaintain knowledge of current US healthcare regulations and reimbursement policies to ensure compliance with billing requirementsImplement and manage effective policies and procedures for accounts receivable managementProvide training and support to staff regarding billing procedures, policies, and regulationsPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related fieldAt least 15-20 years of experience in hospital billing and accounts receivable management, preferably in a leadership roleThorough understanding of US healthcare regulations and reimbursement policiesKnowledge of healthcare billing and coding systems, including ICD-10 and CPT codingExperience managing and leading teamsExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and WordAbility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyIf you meet the above qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume to
