The ideal candidate will diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities:• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult patients with complex and chronic medical conditions• Provide inpatient and/or outpatient care as per organizational needs• Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests and laboratory results• Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly• Coordinate care with specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in EMR systems• Educate patients and families on disease management, prevention, and treatment options• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings• Adhere to all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards Qualifications & Requirements:• MD (Doctor of Medicine) degree with specialization in Internal Medicine• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program• Minimum 2 years of post-training clinical experience• Valid medical license (or eligibility for licensure) in the practicing jurisdiction• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities• Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment Preferred Skills:• Experience managing complex multi-system conditions• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems• Commitment to continuous professional development• Strong organizational and time-management skills Compensation & Benefits:• Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)• Health and professional benefits package• Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education
