Health Consultant Intern – Remote Video Consultations

About the role:We’re hiring a Health Consultant Intern to join our growing team at FUME — a health transformation startup helping professionals reverse chronic issues like Diabetes, belly fat, thyroid, PCOS, gut imbalance, and fatigue without crash diets or extreme workouts.As an intern, you’ll be trained and mentored to conduct Zoom-based 1:1 consultations with clients who’ve shown interest in our program. You’ll guide them by understanding their symptoms, lifestyle habits, and health goals — and recommending appropriate next steps based on FUME’s protocols.This is a client-facing internship ideal for someone passionate about lifestyle medicine and looking to build real-world skills in holistic health consulting.Responsibilities:Conduct 1:1 client consultations via ZoomReview submitted symptoms, lifestyle history, and health goalsHelp clients understand the root causes of their conditionRecommend appropriate next stepsCoordinate with FUME’s internal team for escalations or treatment alignmentMaintain accurate notes and follow structured SOPsWho This Is For:Final-year or recent graduates in: BAMS / BHMS / BNYS / MBBS, Food & Nutrition / Life Sciences / Public Health / PsychologyCertified Health Coaches (INFS, ISSA, ACE, IIN, etc.) are welcomeMust be fluent in English and HindiStrong interest in lifestyle & preventive healthcareBasic tech setup: Laptop, webcam, stable internetTime Commitment:Part-time remote internshipBe available for 4-5 hours/day, anytime between 8 AM – 8 PM ISTConsultation slots are scheduled 1 day in advanceCompensation & Growth:Paid internship: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000/monthPerformance-based incentives possiblePPO (Pre-Placement Offer) available based on performance and client outcomesMentorship from expert health coaches & doctorsReal-world experience in client interaction, root-cause consulting & wellness communicationCode of Conduct - Data ConfidentialityYou must not use or store client phone numbers or health data for personal promotion, private consultation, or external business.
