As an Operator for Captioning and Text Labeling, you will be responsible for accurately captioning content [audio/video] and labeling text data to enhance accessibility and improve machine learning algorithms. This role requires attention to detail, strong linguistic skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:● Caption GIF and video content accurately and efficiently according to specified guidelines and standards.● Ensure high-quality output by reviewing and correcting descriptions mentioned as needed.● Collaborate with team members to check the opportunity to optimize captioning and labeling processes.● Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements in captioning and labeling techniques.● Contribute to the development and improvement of captioning and labeling tools and software.Requirements:● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.● Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional language proficiency is a plus).● Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills.● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.● Experience with captioning and labeling tools and software (e.g., Amara, YouTube captioning tools, Labelbox, etc.) is preferred but not required.● Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines is a plus.● Bachelor's degree in linguistics, communication, computer science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
