Drivebusiness growth and OP footfall ,IP Operations,ensuring achievement of monthly and annual targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence. Develop and implementstrategic plans, SOPs, and performance improvement initiatives. Monitor key KPIs related to patient satisfaction, turnaround time, and departmental performance. Collaborate closely with clinical, nursing, and support teams to enhance hospital efficiency. Ensure compliance with quality, accreditation, and safety standards. Work with the management team tobuild strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth. Requirements: Graduate / Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Minimum15-20 years of experiencein operations management at a500+ bedded multispecialty hospital. Proventrack record of business developmentandimproving OPD inflow, IP Operations.
