The role involves defining data governance standards, monitoring data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and compliance across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish, implement, and maintain data governance frameworks and standardsMonitor data quality controls and track KPIs to ensure data accuracy and consistencyCollaborate with business, data, and technology stakeholders to drive governance practicesManage data stewardship activities including quality checks, issue resolution, and governance reportingWork extensively with governance tools and metadata management solutionsSupport enterprise-level data management initiatives and continuous improvement programsEngage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of data initiatives with business prioritiesMandatory Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering from a Tier 1 Institute (Mandatory)MBA (Mandatory)10+ years of experience in data governance, data stewardship, data quality, or data managementHands-on experience with Informatica or similar data governance toolsStrong expertise in implementing and monitoring data quality controls and KPIsProven experience in stakeholder management across business and technology teamsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAdditional RequirementCandidates must be from Tier 1 institutes or colleges and currently working with FinTech organizations or Product-based companies.Interested candidates who meet the above criteria may share their updated resume at or reach out via WhatsApp at 9154908075 for further details.
