Corporate HR – Hospitality

Zilight is a growing hospitality group currently expanding its hotel portfolio across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This year we are launching five new hotel properties, and we are building a strong leadership team to support this expansion.We are looking for an experienced Corporate HR who can lead recruitment, HR operations, and employee development across multiple hotel properties.Key Responsibility:Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionLead hiring for all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, and Operations.Manage bulk recruitment during hotel openings.HR OperationsManage employee records, contracts, attendance, and HR documentation.Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits.Pre-Opening HR SetupLead HR setup for new hotel launches.Plan manpower requirements for upcoming properties.Employee Engagement & CultureDevelop employee engagement initiatives.Maintain a positive work culture across properties.Compliance & PoliciesEnsure compliance with labor laws and hospitality HR standards.Implement HR policies and procedures across all hotels.Performance ManagementWork closely with department heads on performance reviews and staff development.Requirement:5–8 years of HR experience in hotelsExperience managing hotel recruitment and operations HRStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR complianceAbility to handle multi-property HR operationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsExperience in hotel pre-opening teamsBackground working with hotel chains or hospitality groupsOffer:Upto 10LPA depending on experienceOpportunity to be part of a fast-growing hotel groupLeadership role in multiple hotel launchesCompetitive salary and career growth opportunities
