This role involveslarge-scale data review and validation , ensuring AI-ready datasets are accurate, compliant, and well-documented for training, validation, and deployment of AI/ML models.Key Responsibilities Review, validate, and managehigh-volume datasets (5,000+ records)to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness Use internal platforms and data quality tools to audit, cleanse, and reconcile large datasets efficiently Define and enforce data standards, taxonomies, and business definitions for AI-ready data Monitor data quality KPIs and proactively identify and resolve data issues Maintain metadata, data lineage, and AI dataset documentation Collaborate with Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Analytics teams to ensure proper and compliant data usage Support data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements, including PII handling and access controls Perform root cause analysis on recurring data issues and implement preventive controls Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for data-related matters Support AI model training by ensuring clean, labeled, and well-documented datasetsRequired Skills & Qualifications 3–4 years of experience as aData Steward, AI Data Steward, Data Analyst, or Data Governance professional Proven experience handlinglarge volumes of structured datawith strong attention to detail Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and metadata management Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of relational databases Familiarity with data governance and data quality tools (Collibra, Alation, Informatica, or similar) Understanding of AI/ML data requirements, including training and validation datasets Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills Ability to work in anonsite, fast-paced, data-intensive environmentGood to Have Experience working with AI/ML or advanced analytics teams Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Knowledge of ETL pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses Experience in SaaS or product-based organizationsWho Should Apply This role is ideal for professionals who: Enjoy working withstructured data and defined standards Are comfortable reviewing and validating5,000+ recordswith accuracy and consistency Have experience usingtools and platformsto manage and improve data quality Can balance operational data review with analytical problem-solving Are proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative Are interested in building a long-term career inAI-driven data governanceWhy Join Multiplier AI?
