Engineering Systems Manager(Autocad)

Role Summary:Lead the offshore team to manage transition, stabilization, and BAU support for engineering applications across Autodesk, custom (.NET/VBA), and 3D simulation platforms.Key Responsibilities:Own L2/L3 support delivery, ensuring SLA adherence and timely resolution of tickets and change requests.Manage sub-teams (Autodesk, Non-Autodesk, Custom Apps) and drive shift-left initiatives.Oversee tools across the design-to-build lifecycle: Revit, Inventor, Vault, Demo3D/Emulate3D, and ACC.Act as escalation point for critical issues and enforce strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Provide reporting to stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.Lead, mentor, and resolve team conflicts.Requirements10+ years in application support with team management experience.Hands-on experience with Autodesk tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, Vault, ACC).Exposure to Demo3D/Emulate3D and industrial warehouse automation.Strong knowledge of SLA-driven support and ITIL practices.
