React+Node.Js Architect

Job Description (JD) – Software Architect (Frontend +Backend)Job Title: Software Architect (Frontend + Backend)Experience: 10 – 15 YearsTech Stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js (FastAPI optional), Microservices, Cloud (AWS/GCP),Docker, CI/CDRole SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled Software Architect to drive the design and developmentof scalable, secure, and high-performance web platforms. The ideal candidate should havestrong hands-on expertise in React + Node.js, proven experience in architecting full-stackapplications, and the ability to guide teams in building robust solutions from concept todeployment.Key Responsibilities Define and own the end-to-end architecture for web applications using React, Node.js,and modern backend frameworks. Design scalable system architecture, including microservices, API layers, databasedesign, caching, and integrations. Establish best practices for coding standards, performance optimization, security, andmaintainability. Lead architectural discussions and provide technical direction to engineering teams. Design and review REST APIs, service contracts, and ensure API governance. Drive implementation of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps best practices, and automated testingstrategies. Ensure application resilience, availability, observability, and monitoring standards. Mentor developers and conduct code reviews to maintain engineering excellence. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Stakeholders to translate business needsinto technical solutions. Take ownership of critical technical decisions, architecture documentation, and solutionroadmaps.Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in full-stack software development and architecture. Strong hands-on expertise with React, TypeScript, modern UI patterns. Strong hands-on expertise with Node.js (backend architecture, API development, asyncprogramming). Strong understanding of system design, scalability, performance tuning. Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and problem solving. Experience in database design (SQL/NoSQL), indexing, and query optimization. Experience with caching strategies (Redis or similar). Experience with authentication & authorization (OAuth2/JWT). Strong exposure to Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with cloud deployments (AWS / GCP). Strong debugging skills, analytical mindset, and ability to handle production issues.Good to Have Experience with FastAPI / Python-based services. Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ). Experience with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code. Familiarity with frontend performance tuning (SSR, lazy loading, bundle optimization).Soft Skills Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to drive technical ownership and cross-team collaboration.
