With 15+ years of experience in system integration, application support, and workflow optimization, we help clients reduce costs and improve efficiency.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Senior SailPoint ISC & NERM Engineer with strong Epic provisioning experience to design, implement, and support Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions in a healthcare environment. The role focuses on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM), and Epic EHR access automation, supporting workforce and non-employee identity lifecycles. The position requires working closely with US-based stakeholders during EST hours.Key ResponsibilitiesSailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)- Design, implement, and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) - Manage user lifecycle management, onboarding, offboarding, and access requests - Configure and maintain SailPoint connectors (Epic, AD, Azure AD, enterprise apps) - Develop rules, transformations, roles, access policies, and identity profiles - Execute and manage access certifications, SoD controls, and governance workflows - Troubleshoot provisioning issues and optimize IAM performanceSailPoint Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM)- Implement and support SailPoint NERM solutions - Manage identities for contractors, vendors, students, affiliates, and research staff - Configure NERM onboarding, approvals, sponsorship, and de-provisioning workflows - Integrate NERM with HR systems, vendor systems, and external data sources - Ensure compliance with governance and audit requirementsGeneral IAM & Security Responsibilities- Work with Security, IT, HR, Compliance, and Audit teams - Support HIPAA, SOX, ISO audits, access reviews, and documentation - Provide production support, RCA, and continuous improvements - Participate in SailPoint upgrades, enhancements, and roadmap planning - Maintain IAM documentation and operational proceduresRequired Skills (High-Priority ATS Keywords)- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) - SailPoint NERM - Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) - Epic Provisioning / Epic EHR - Healthcare IAM - Access Management - User Lifecycle Management - REST APIs / SCIM - Active Directory / Azure AD - SSO / MFA - US EST SupportRequired Qualifications- 5 – 9 years of IAM / Identity & Access Management experience - 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC - Strong experience with SailPoint NERM - Proven Epic provisioning experience (EMP, SER, DEP) - Experience with REST APIs, SCIM, and identity lifecycle automation - Strong knowledge of AD, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and authentication systemsPreferred Qualifications- SailPoint Engineer / Professional Certification - PowerShell, Python, or Java scripting - Healthcare domain experience - ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) - GRC, audit controls, compliance frameworks - ITIL knowledgeEducation- B.Tech / B.E. – Computer Science or related discipline
