Frontend Engineer (React + WebRTC)

Experience: 5+ yearsRole Overview:We’re looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to build and optimize real-time, communication-driven web applications using React and modern JavaScript.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain scalable front-end features using React and modern JavaScript - Collaborate with product and backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions - Integrate and optimize WebRTC-based audio/video communication - Troubleshoot video/audio quality, latency, and connectivity issues - Apply front-end performance optimization best practices - Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprints, reviews, retrospectives)Requirements:- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience - Strong expertise in JavaScript and React - Hands-on experience with WebRTC and real-time communication systems - Good understanding of networking and media protocols (STUN/TURN, RTP/RTCP, etc.) - Experience identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
