The role partners with data engineers and cross-functional teams to architect, build, deploy, and support data warehouse and business analytics solutions in a highly dynamic 24x7 operational environment. Key responsibilities include operating and optimizing complex data pipelines, ensuring reliable data delivery, automating manual and operational processes using Python, Spark, Scala, Databricks, SQL, Snowflake, and Azure, and supporting platform health, compliance, and incident response. As a core member of T-Mobile’s Data Operations Center of Excellence, the Sr. Engineer drives operational excellence, reliability, and continuous improvement while mentoring team members and strengthening data engineering and operational maturity.Must Have Skills:- Strong Azure platform experience - Advanced Databricks / Spark expertise (PySpark, Spark SQL, Scala Spark, Photon) - Strong Python for building complex data pipelines - Expert-level SQL and experience with relational & NoSQL databases - Hands-on Snowflake experience (data modeling, performance tuning, cost optimization) - Experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade data architectures - Experience with event-driven systems, APIs, and streaming data (Kafka OR Spark OR Eventhub) - GIT, JIRANice to Have:- Apache Iceberg table design & optimization - Unity Catalog governance and security - UI/UX experience - Cloud certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, etc.) - Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP)TMUS India Private Limited, operating as TMUS Global Solutions, has engaged ANSR, Inc.
