This role is responsible for ingesting data from source systems, transforming and validating data across bronze, silver, and gold layers, and ensuring high-quality, trusted datasets for downstream consumption.Success in this role is measured by the reliability, scalability, data quality, and business readiness of delivered data assets, as well as strong collaboration with global engineering, analytics, and business partners.What You’ll Do:Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and near–real-time data pipelines across the lakehouseOwn data ingestion patterns from source systems into bronze layersDevelop and maintain transformation logic across silver and gold layers using SQL and PythonImplement data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure trusted datasetsBuild and optimize data models that support analytics, reporting, and downstream data productsPartner with analytics, and business teams to understand requirements and implement robust data solutionsPerform root-cause analysis and resolution of data quality issues and pipeline failuresContribute to documentation, operational runbooks, and engineering best practicesSupport production monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement of data pipelinesWhat You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience3-5 years of related data engineering experienceStrong collaboration and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a globally distributed team environmentMust Have Skills:Advanced SQL development and performance tuningRelational database and data warehousing conceptsETL/ELT pipeline fundamentalsFamiliarity with medallion (bronze/silver/gold) data architecture patternsExperience building and supporting data pipelines in a lakehouse or cloud data platformExperience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Version control using GitHub or GitLabDatabricks, Azure Data Factory or SnowflakeProficiency with Python (or similar language) for data processing and automationNice to Have:Power BI or similar reporting toolsBasic data governance and quality conceptsTMUS India Private Limited, operating as TMUS Global Solutions, has engaged ANSR, Inc.
