Agentic AI EngineerHYD/Pune/BangaloreExperience: 10-12 yearsWe are seeing an experienced Agentic AI Engineer design, build and scale intelligent AI agents that automate SDLC assurance, testing and control compliance. This role will be responsible for enhancing existing AI agents and developing new AI-driven solutions for additional SDLC controls (Testing, Development, IAM, Security, etc.). The role combines advanced LLM engineering with deep SDLC and quality assurance domain knowledge to deliver scalable, auditable and enterprise-grade AI systems. Key ResponsibilitiesAgentic AI Design & DevelopmentDesign and implement Agentic AI workflows that automate end-to-end SDLC assurance processes.Enhance existing AI agents (Test Generator, Evidence checker etc) for accuracy, scalability and explainabilityDevelop new AI agents for upcoming conrols such as Deploymnet, IAM, Security and Change MangementTranslate SDLC controls, standards and policies into AI reasoning logic and rulr-based decision flows.LLM & AI EngineeringBuild and optimize solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) via platforms such as GCP Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock or equivalent enterprise LLM platforms.Implement prompt engineering, tool calling and multi-agent orchestrationDesign guardrails, validation and human-in-the-loop mechanisms to ensure reliable AI outputsKnowledge & Retrieval systemsDesign and maintain knowledge graphs to represent SDLC controls, testing standards and best practicesImplement Vector Database for sematic search and retrievalBuild and Optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for context-aware AI responsesEnsure AI outputs are traceable, explainable and audit-ready Required SkillsStrong proficiency in Python for AI/ML and backend developmentHands-on experience with LLMs and AI platforms (GCP Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI-compatible APIs)Experience designing Agentic AI systems or multi-step AI workflowsSolid understanding on – Knowledge Graphs, Vector Databases and RAG pipelinesExperience with API integration, microservices and cloud-native architecturesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer science, Information technology or related fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in development, test automation frameworksWorking experience on Banking Domain such as core banking solutions, payment systems and diginal banking platforms.
