Fosters innovation and manages the application development team with a focus on promoting customer satisfaction. Oversees estimation, deployment, and compliance with development standards. Communicates key policy changes and promotes IT-wide process alignment. Project & Relationship Management:Leads application development projects with IT, business partners, and vendors. Drives service delivery excellence, resolves escalations, and ensures SLAs. Conducts project reviews, manages reporting, and monitors business case alignment. Vendor & Service Provider Oversight:Validates vendor compliance with MSAs and evolving requirements. Defines, enforces, and improves provider contracts and service performance. IT Strategy & Governance Support:Contributes to IT strategic planning, governance, and budgeting processes. Promotes effective estimation, planning, and financial accountability. Continuous Improvement:Implements CMMI or similar frameworks for measurable service improvements. Analyzes feedback and drives initiatives to enhance stakeholder satisfaction. Tech Stack: Java 19+, Spring Boot, WebFlux, Kafka, GraphQL, GraalVM, Docker, Kubernetes, DAPR, AWS (EKS, Fargate, Serverless), WebAssembly. DevOps: GitOps, CI/CD, Istio, Open Telemetry, monitoring, tracing, OPA. Tools & Platforms: Akana, MuleSoft, Apigee, API Gateway, Micrometer. Languages: Java, Python, Node.js. Led cloud-native application development using Spring Boot, Play, Akka. Hands-on experience with API platforms, backend services, databases, networking, and containerized infrastructure. Delivered large-scale integration solutions in hybrid onshore-offshore Agile environments. Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
