Customer Engineer

We are currently looking for a Customer Engineer in India to join our team on a hybrid basis. Please see the requirements below:Key Responsibilities- Deliver proactive services like workshops, assessments, and health checks. - Conduct SQL performance tuning, optimization, and code reviews. - Guide customers through SQL upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning. - Implement and support HADR, data encryption, auditing, and backup & recovery strategies.Required Technical Skills- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server On-Premise - Proficiency in: - Performance tuning and query optimization - Partitioning, data modelling, and indexing strategiesMinimum Qualifications- Strong customer focus with a proven ability to build trust and deliver results. - Experience delivering training sessions, workshops, or tech briefings. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Exceptional communication and technical documentation skills.Don't miss out on this great opportunity and apply today !
