Job Title: Senior Engineer – Backend & UI (ECM Platform, Nuxeo, UiPath)Experience: 8 – 12 yearsLocation: HyderabadEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade solutions for our ECM (Enterprise Content Management) Platform, primarily using Nuxeo and UiPath technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development expertise, UI integration skills, and hands-on experience in automation and workflow orchestration within an ECM environment.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain backend services for ECM platforms, primarily leveraging Nuxeo architecture and frameworks. - Implement UI components and integrations using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) tailored for Nuxeo applications. - Develop and automate business workflows using UiPath to streamline document and content management processes. - Integrate ECM systems with external applications via REST APIs, SOAP services, and message queues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, UI/UX designers, and DevOps engineers) to deliver scalable and secure solutions. - Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability while ensuring compliance with organizational and security standards. - Conduct code reviews, write automated tests, and implement CI/CD best practices. - Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers within the ECM development team. - Troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack (backend, integration, UI, and automation layers).Required Skills & Experience:- 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in ECM platforms (preferably Nuxeo). - Strong programming experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend development. - Experience with enterprise integrations involving Alfresco, CMOD, or similar ECM systems. - Hands-on experience developing custom Nuxeo plugins, workflows, and UI extensions. - Proficiency in UiPath for workflow automation and integration with ECM or third-party systems. - Experience in developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration middleware. - Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js) and UI customization for Nuxeo. - Experience with cloud deployment environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with database technologies (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB). - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Certification or advanced training in Nuxeo Platform or UiPath Automation. - Experience in ECM migration projects, metadata modeling, and document classification. - Exposure to AI/ML-driven content analytics or intelligent document processing (IDP) solutions. - Experience with enterprise integrations involving Alfresco, CMOD, or similar ECM systems.
