Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated “ATE Test Engineer” with hands-on expertise in the Advantest V93000 ATE platform. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing, debugging, and deploying high-quality test solutions for next-generation semiconductor devices. This is an exciting opportunity to join our engineering team and contribute to the advancement of test programs for cutting-edge ICs. The position is well-suited for software engineers with a strong electronics background or semiconductor test engineers experienced in ATE development. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain automated test programs on ATE platforms such as Advantest V93000, using C++ / Java in a Linux-based environment Design, debug, and optimize functional, parametric, and performance tests across all test phases—engineering, characterization, and production Convert simulation or digital test patterns into tester-compatible formats, ensuring correct timing and execution Create test flows for both wafer-level and final testing to achieve high test coverage, efficiency, and repeatability Review device specifications and datasheets to design effective and comprehensive test strategies Collaborate closely with design, DFT, and product engineering teams to align test plans with overall product goals Analyse test data to identify trends, optimize yield, and support silicon bring-up and validation Improve test efficiency and throughput while ensuring data accuracy and robustness Support the design and validation of test hardware such as load boards and probe cards Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, or Computer Science 3–5 years of experience in ATE test program development, preferably with Advantest V93000 Proficiency in C++ and scripting languages like Python or Ruby Comfortable working in Linux environments, with experience in Git and modern IDEs (e.g., Eclipse) Solid understanding of semiconductor testing and digital test methodologies Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively Customer-focused, with the ability to deliver results under pressure What We Offer A dynamic, collaborative work environment with a diverse and international team Flexible working hours and a hybrid model A flat and transparent organizational structure that encourages initiative and open communication Potential onsite opportunities for international collaboration and project engagement
