Qualification:Certified Graduate; preferably Postgraduate in Marketing / Communications / Business Administration / Education.Knowledge:• Understanding of sales pipelines and enquiry-to-enrolment conversion processes.• Knowledge of education marketing strategies and brand positioning.• Awareness of market segmentation and target parent profiling.• Familiarity with school admission procedures and compliance requirements.• Understanding of competitive school landscape and differentiators.Technical Proficiency:• Strong persuasion and consultative selling skills.• Ability to manage CRM systems and track lead conversions.• Skilled in conducting structured campus tours and programme presentations.• Data-driven approach to tracking admissions metrics and forecasting enrolment.• Digital communication proficiency (email campaigns, WhatsApp engagement, follow-ups).• Computer (technology) literate.Experience:2–5 years in school admissions / education marketing / sales / relationship management.Proven experience in achieving conversion or enrolment targets preferred.Attitude:• Confident and relationship-oriented.• Target-driven with ethical selling approach.• Professional presentation and communication style.• Persistent, proactive and responsive.• Alignment with institutional philosophy and long-term enrolment goals.Core Focus:• Generate, nurture and convert admissions enquiries.• Represent the school brand consistently and professionally.• Maintain strong follow-up systems and parent engagement processes.• Support enrolment growth while ensuring programme fit and institutional integrity.
