Program Facilitator - Global Citizenship & Systems ThinkingJob Title:Global Citizenship Instructor (Part-Time) Company:Urban School Location:Hyderabad (On-site) Job Type:Part-Time / ContractJob Overview We are looking for a facilitator to lead a high-intensity program for senior school students focused on understanding how the world actually works across systems, power, culture, and decision-making.The program is discussion-led, case-driven, and requires the ability to engage students with real-world complexity, not simplified textbook explanations.If you’ve ever felt traditional education doesn’t reflect how the real world works, this role is for you.What You’ll Do Deliver structured sessions for school students in partner schools Lead discussions on global systems, current events, and decision-making frameworks Translate complex global issues into sharp, engaging classroom conversations Challenge students to think critically, take positions, and defend their perspectives Adapt sessions based on student responses and classroom dynamicsWho This Is For Individuals who enjoy thinking, debating, and breaking down real-world systems Comfortable engaging with topics like global power, economics, culture, and societal structures Can hold attention in a room without relying on slides or scriptsIdeal Backgrounds Liberal Arts / Economics / Political Science / International Relations Experience in debate, Model UN, fellowships, or youth engagement programs Prior experience working with students (teaching, workshops, facilitation, etc.) 1–5 years experience preferredWhat Matters More Than Your Degree Clarity of thought Ability to ask the right questions Strong communication and presence Comfort with ambiguity and open-ended discussionsEngagement Details Part-time instructional role Session-based delivery (weekly schedule) On-site sessions in HyderabadAbout Urban School Urban School focuses on building practical, future-ready learning experiences for students through structured programs in emerging domains such as data analytics, technology, and applied learning.
