Skills Required End to end knowledge on at least two countries (USA/UK/AUS/CAN) Prior experience in shortlisting Universities based on Course, Rankings, Specialisation, location preference and financial ability of the student/parent. Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices Ability to meet sales targets and goals Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations Excellent organisational skills Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must - written and verbal MS office, Excel, word, power-point and good typing skills Results driven and customer focused Leadership and human resources management skillsRoles & Responsibilities Collaborate with prospective students, higher education providers, and other key agents in securing higher conversion rates, from prospective students to active applicants Work closely with prospective students on a one-to-one basis by providing expert advice and guidance on university research and application processes for key study abroad destinations, including the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia Collaborate with university partners and higher education providers to develop effective strategies and enhance student recruitment success Passion to help students and give them impartial and honest advice on studying abroad Prior experience in counselling students is a must. Preferably from the Study abroad sector. Maintain good record keeping at all times in the CRM Give talks/presentations on behalf of the company in the webinars/seminars and virtual counselling to students via Zoom and Google meet Providing students with accurate and clear information as well as answering all inquiries from students Have a willingness to work flexibly and to adjust working hours to suit the needs of the company Able to work independently and as a team player, with a high level of initiative and professionalism. Ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressureQualifications & Experience Required Graduation or Post Graduation in any field. At least 3-5 years’ experience in the overseas education or allied industry
