Program Lead (Academics and Pedagogy)At Amra, our focus is the intentional and evidence-based development of children during their most formative years (0-6years). We are currently operating a successful pilot center in Hyderabad and are beginning to expand. We are seeking a Program Lead to oversee our academic standards and pedagogical integrity as we scale. This is a role for a seasoned educator who remains calm under the pressure of growth and leads through a deep, evidence-based understanding of child development.Core Responsibilities1. Pedagogical Stewardship- Maintain and refine the curriculum framework for all age groups, ensuring it aligns with international best practices in early childhood education. - Establish quality benchmarks for classroom environments and child-led learning. - Conduct objective observations and provide reflective feedback to facilitators to maintain a high standard of care and instruction.2. Team Development & Mentorship- Support and develop a team of facilitators, fostering a culture of professional curiosity and continuous improvement. - Design and lead internal workshops that bridge the gap between academic research and daily classroom practice. - Act as a stable point of reference for the teaching team during the transition to a multi-campus model.3. Strategic Framework Development- Work alongside the Founders to translate our educational philosophy into practice across various locations - Assist in the recruitment and training of academic leads for future campuses to ensure consistency of quality.4. Stakeholder Insight- Partner with the Program Manager to translate academic progress into meaningful stories for parents. - Contribute expert insights to the Communications Lead for social media, workshops, and thought-leadership content.Professional Requirements- Academic Background: A Master’s degree or equivalent specialization in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or Child Psychology. - Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the early years sector, with a track record of leading teams and managing educational outcomes. - Temperament: A composed, analytical approach to problem-solving and a natural ability to mentor others with patience and clarity. - Strategic Thinking: The ability to see the "big picture" while ensuring the smallest details of a single classroom are perfect.About Amra CircleAmra is an early childhood care and education facility nurturing children and families.
