We are committed to empowering students from Grades 6 to 12+ through innovative, engaging, and result-oriented learning experiences.Role OverviewAs a Senior Academic Counsellor, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective customers, understanding their educational needs, and recommending the most suitable learning solutions offered by Infinity Learn.Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively connect with potential customers through calls, meetings, and local outreach to convert leads into successful sales. - Consultative Selling: Understand the academic needs of students and parents to recommend personalized learning solutions. - Revenue Growth: Plan and execute strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and referrals. - Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections effectively, negotiate pricing, and close deals successfully.Desired Skills & Competencies- Strong sales acumen with a result-oriented mindset - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems - Self-motivated, disciplined, and a collaborative team playerQualifications- Minimum 2 years of overall sales experience - At least 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry (preferably K–12 or test preparation) - Bachelor’s degree in any disciplineWork Conditions- 6-day work week (Monday fixed off) - Must own a laptop/device for work-related tasksLocations: Hyderabad
