Job Title: ITI Trainer / Instructor (Mechanical) Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Trainer/Instructor with strong mechanical knowledge to join our ITI Institute. The trainer will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical training in mechanical trade subjects, ensuring that students develop industry-relevant technical skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and workshop sessions for mechanical trade students as per ITI curriculum. Teach core subjects such as Mechanics, Machine Tools, Fitting, Welding, Maintenance, and related areas. Provide hands-on training on mechanical equipment, machines, and tools. Prepare lesson plans, training material, and demonstrations for effective learning. Guide students in practical assignments, workshops, and projects. Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing feedback and support. Ensure safety procedures and workshop discipline are followed. Stay updated with modern mechanical technologies and industry practices. Support examinations, assessments, and student mentoring. Requirements: ITI/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade. Strong technical knowledge in mechanical systems, tools, and workshop practices. Prior teaching/training experience preferred (Freshers with excellent skills may also apply). Good communication and mentoring skills. Ability to explain concepts in a clear and practical manner.
