Woxsen University invites applications for a Research Fellow in Cognitive Systems & Human-AI Integration . This role will explore how artificial intelligence can augment human cognition, neuroplasticity, and learning, while ensuring ethical and effective applications across education and industry. Key Responsibilities Conduct original research on neuroplasticity, cognition, and AI augmentation. Design and execute experiments, cognitive models, and AI-driven learning systems. Publish in high-impact peer-reviewed journals and present at global conferences. Collaborate with faculty across psychology, AI, and education departments. Support international grant proposals and cross-institutional collaborations. Mentor graduate and doctoral students in related research domains. Qualifications PhD (or nearing completion) in Cognitive Psychology, Neuroscience, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. Strong publication record in recognized journals. Experience with neurocognitive research tools and machine learning frameworks. Demonstrated ability to work on interdisciplinary research projects.
