Alongside one-on-one therapy sessions for children, we empower parents with structured home guidance programs through our app and website, combining the expertise of special educators, speech therapists, occupational therapists, behavioral therapists, and psychologists. Role Summary As a Special Educator, you will work closely with children through individualized one-on-one therapy sessions, addressing their unique learning and developmental needs. Beyond direct therapy, you will also collaborate with our team to design and develop parent-friendly home guidance programs delivered through the BASICS app and website. Success in this role means seeing measurable progress in children’s skills while helping parents feel supported and empowered in their child’s journey. Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with children, creating individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to their developmental needs. Assess children’s learning, behavioral, and developmental challenges and track progress consistently. Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and behavioral therapists as part of a multidisciplinary team. Contribute to the development of digital and printable resources for the BASICS app and website. Provide parents with actionable strategies to support learning at home. Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress reports. Stay updated with best practices in special education, early intervention, and therapy approaches. Qualifications & Skills RCI Certification with a Special B.Ed. or equivalent in Special Education. A degree in Psychology (preferred, not mandatory). Minimum of 1–3 years of hands-on experience working with children with special needs. Strong knowledge of child development and individualized education planning. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to guide and support parents effectively. Empathy, patience, and the ability to build strong rapport with children and families. Comfortable using digital tools and contributing to online/tech-based education initiatives. What We Offer Salary range of ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month based on qualifications and experience.
