Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Project Head – Civil Execution, based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of civil construction projects, including project planning, execution, and timely handover within budget constraints. The role entails monitoring project milestones, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations, and managing the procurement of materials. The Civil Project Head will also lead a team of engineers and site supervisors, provide technical guidance, and resolve on-site challenges promptly. Qualifications Strong expertise in Project Planning, Scheduling, and Budget ManagementProficiency in Civil Engineering principles, Construction Methods, and Quality Control StandardsAbility to lead teams, collaborate with contractors, and manage onsite execution effectivelyKnowledge of Safety and Legal Compliance standards in construction projectsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skillsProficiency in AutoCAD or other construction management software is a plusProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is an added advantage
