Hello,Hiring | Veeva CoE Lead | HyderabadWe are looking for an experienced Veeva CoE Lead to drive governance, architecture, and delivery of enterprise Veeva platforms supporting global R&D operations within a leading Life Sciences organization.Location: HyderabadExperience: 15-22 YearsMandatory Pharma / Life Sciences industry experienceKey Responsibilities• Lead the global Veeva Center of Excellence (CoE) for R&D platforms• Manage Veeva Vault configuration, governance, release management, and operational excellence• Own the R&D Veeva budget, including license costs of approximately $50 Mn• Ensure GxP compliance, data integrity, and regulatory alignment• Drive automation, continuous improvement, and governance frameworks• Lead and mentor a team of 30+ Veeva specialists across global teamsWhat We’re Looking For• Strong experience in Veeva Vault administration and configuration• Min 8–10 years of Veeva experience• Experience managing large-scale global platform programs and stakeholders• Veeva certifications across RIM, Quality, Clinical, or Commercial Vault preferred• Technical background with 5–7 years of Java experience in Clinical & R&D domain preferredReach out at for more details.
