Site Supervisor

Job Brief:We are looking for Project Executives / Site Supervisors to join our growing team. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply. The candidate should have good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage site-related activities and project follow-ups. Local candidates are preferred.Responsibilities:Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and clients regarding project activities.Monitor site work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.Assist in managing labour and on-site operations.Maintain project documentation and daily work updates.Communicate project progress to internal teams and management.Follow up on pending works and support smooth project execution.Assist in project handover activities and client coordination.Identify and report project-related issues to the concerned team.Ensure quality standards are maintained at the site.Support the team in planning project timelines and tracking progress.Requirements and Skills:Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of project coordination or site management is preferred.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel to project sites if required.Interest or knowledge in Interior Design / Interior Projects will be an added advantage.Local candidates are preferred.
