Please find the JD belowRequest you to please share your update profile, so we can connect/ discuss and take it forward.Please send your profile to: Experience Range:1-3yrsKey Responsibility Areas:• Prior experience in all Accounts Payable functions, including Vendor Maintenance, Invoice Processing, Review & research of AP Inquiries, AP Exception Handling, AP reconciliations, Payments and reporting activities.• Payment processing, including validation and execution of vendor payments.• Vendor Master Maintenance – updates, validations, and data hygiene.• Vendor Reconciliations – regular reconciliation of vendor statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.• Ensure SLA targets are consistently achieved across all AP functions.• Registration and reconciliation of intercompany movements• Support month-end close activities by ensuring all invoices are processed and recorded accurately.• Ability to comprehend complex financial and system-related information and respond with clear, actionable solutions.• Liaisoning with Bank and Internal stakeholders on process related• Effective communication with purchasing, warehouse, and treasury analysts to establish metrics and improvement plans in accounts payable processesEligibility Criteria:• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.• Understands the importance of confidentiality in financial operations.• Analytical and automation skill, should be able to support in the RPA and other automations• High attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines• Experience with Manufacturing companies and relevant geographical location is preferredMadhusri R IT RecruiterE :
