Thesevalues guide us in everything we do, and is reflected in our employees and the products we build together.Key Responsibilities:Own customer lifecycle management –Pixis Product Adoption, Retention, and Growth (upsell/cross-sell).Leverage AI data and insights to shape growth strategies and deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.Serve as an AI solutions expert, translating client objectives into scalable marketing strategies.Define and track KPIs and ROI frameworks to demonstrate value delivered.Monitor account health, identify renewal risks, and drive proactive mitigation.Develop a strong understanding of client business, audience, and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance.Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure seamless execution.Leverage Pixis Products to deliver reports and performance reviews for clients and internal stakeholders.Act as the primary client-facing strategist, partnering with the CSM/CPs to drive end-to-end customer success.Requirements:Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms(Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Programmatic) and tools (GA, Adobe, AppsFlyer, Kochava).Ability to translate business goals into actionable, data-driven strategies.Proven track record in client retention and growth in a customer-facing role.Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, with a structured problem-solving approach.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Experience - Minimum 2-3 years in Digital Marketing or SAAS Company.
