We're scaling fast, and we need the right people to grow with us.About the RoleAs our Growth & Partnerships Specialist, you'll be the engine behind our marketplace expansion. You'll identify, negotiate, and activate high-value partnerships with law firms, legal tech companies, bar associations, and enterprise clients while owning growth strategies that bring more users, providers, and revenue to our platform. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct influence on how Legal Experts AI scales globally.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with law firms, legal associations, LegalOps platforms, and enterprise clientsOwn the full partnership lifecycle from outreach and negotiation to onboarding and ongoing relationship managementDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow marketplace supply (legal experts & providers) and demand (clients & users)Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create co-branded campaigns, integrations, and joint offeringsRepresent Legal Experts AI at industry events, webinars, and legal tech conferencesTrack and report on partnership KPIs, revenue impact, and marketplace growth metricsIdentify new verticals and geographic markets for marketplace expansionQualifications2–3 years of experience in growth, business development, or partnerships ideally in a marketplace, SaaS, or legal tech environmentRequired SkillsA natural relationship-builder who can engage C-suite stakeholders and close dealsStrategic thinker with hands-on execution skills -you can build the plan and deliver itComfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-driven decision makingExcellent communicator- written, verbal, and across culturesSelf-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced, high-growth environmentPreferred SkillsBonus: Existing network in legal, LegalOps, or professional servicesPay range and compensation packageCompetitive compensation + performance-based incentiveHuge ownership in a high-growth AI marketplaceA seat at the table -direct collaboration with founders & leadershipWork at the cutting edge of AI + Law, one of the most dynamic industries of the decadeReal career growth as we scale globally
