The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively between clients, designers, and project teams.ResponsibilitiesOversee day to day operations of the Site.Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and project manager.To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others.Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance.Set project goals and oversee projects to completion.Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries.Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end luxury Villas/ Residential Projects.Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.Experience of Auto-CAD and MS Office is must.Co-ordination with Client / Designers from concept to final stage.QualificationsDiploma in civil or related field.2 to 5 Years of Experience in the Residential Interior Industry.Proficiency in Excel is essential, while knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.Strong creative and communication skills.Communication in English, Hindi & Telgu is Mandatory.Job Benefits & PerksProvident FundMedical Insurance
