This role demands a strong technical leader who can drive solutioning, guide engineering teams, engage with customers, and contribute to business growth.This is not a project/program management role—it is a hands-on technical leadership + practice building role with ownership across delivery, capability development, and market expansion.Key Responsibilities1. Technical Leadership & SolutioningAct as a Strong Technical Capability Lead for AI/ML and related technologiesDrive end-to-end solution architecture for AI-led engagementsProvide hands-on technical guidance to teams on design, development, and deploymentReview and ensure high-quality, scalable, and production-ready solutionsStay current with evolving AI trends (GenAI, LLMs, MLOps, etc.) and apply them in delivery2. Practice Building (AI)Build and scale the AI Practice in India aligned with Oteemo’s global visionDefine capabilities, offerings, accelerators, and reusable assetsDevelop AI service lines (e.g., GenAI, AI/ML, Data Science, MLOps)Mentor and grow a high-performing AI engineering teamDrive hiring strategy, capability development, and certifications3. Delivery Oversight (Hands-on)Work closely with teams on technical problem-solving and executionEnsure best practices in AI engineering, DevOps, and cloud are followedStep in as a technical anchor in critical engagementsBalance architecture, coding guidance, and delivery excellence4. Account Management & Customer EngagementBuild strong relationships with key customer stakeholdersAct as a trusted technical advisor to clientsParticipate in account planning, solution discussions, and technical workshopsSupport pre-sales, proposals, and client presentations5. Business Growth & Market PresenceContribute to revenue growth through AI-led opportunitiesIdentify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesCollaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategiesRepresent Oteemo at industry events, conferences, and client forumsBuild strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships6.
