Job Title: Workday HCM Technical ConsultantLocation: PAN INDIAExperience:5+Employment Type: Full‑timeJob SummaryWe are looking for a Workday HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in integrations, reporting, security, and data management. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions across Workday HCM modules to meet business and integration requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and support Workday integrations using:EIBs (Inbound/Outbound)Core ConnectorsWorkday Studio (plus)APIs / Web ServicesDevelop and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Composite, Matrix, Dashboard).Configure and maintain Workday security (domain security, business process security policies).Support HCM business processes such as Hire, Termination, Job Changes, Compensation, and Employee Data updates from a technical perspective.Handle data loads, conversions, and mass updates using EIBs.Troubleshoot integration issues and support end‑to‑end testing (SIT/UAT).Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders for technical design.Support production issues, audits, and system upgrades.Maintain technical documentation and integration mapping documents.Required SkillsStrong experience in Workday HCM Technical role.Hands‑on experience with EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.Strong knowledge of XSLT, XML, SOAP, REST, and Web Services.Experience in Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields.Understanding of Workday security framework.Good debugging, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, or Talent modules.Exposure to Workday Prism Analytics.Knowledge of Workday Releases and Upgrade Impact Analysis.Experience integrating with third‑party vendors (Payroll, Benefits, Learning, IDAM).Workday Integration or Technical Certification is a plus.EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
