The ideal candidate will lead QA teams, define scalable test strategies, and leverage AI tools to enhance test coverage, efficiency, and product quality.You will work closely with Product, Development, and UAT teams to ensure high-quality releases while driving innovation through automation and AI-based solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesQA Leadership & StrategyDefine and implement end-to-end QA strategy across multiple projectsLead and mentor QA teams (manual + automation)Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders for quality deliveryDrive shift-left testing and quality-first cultureAI-Driven TestingLeverage AI tools for:Test case generationTest data creationDefect analysis and predictionImplement intelligent test prioritization and risk-based testingExplore and integrate AI for self-healing automation frameworksAutomation & ToolsDesign and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright / Selenium / CypressEnsure automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelinesOversee API, UI, and integration testing strategiesQuality GovernanceDefine quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanismsManage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolutionSupport and coordinate UAT across stakeholdersRequired Skills & Qualifications12- 15+ years of experience in QA with at least 3+ years in a leadership roleStrong understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycleHands-on experience in automation frameworks (Playwright/Selenium/Cypress)Experience integrating AI tools into QA processesStrong knowledge of API testing and modern architecturesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsGood to HaveExperience with AI-based testing platformsKnowledge of performance and accessibility testingExposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelinesExperience in Agile/Scrum environmentsWhat We’re Looking ForA strategic thinker who can blend QA with AI innovationA leader who can manage teams and drive accountabilityA problem solver who focuses on quality, not just testingSomeone who can bring efficiency using AI, not just tools
